Come August 10, an almost two hours film on love, life and betrayal will be hitting the cinemas. Written by Michael Osuji and with Ifeanyi Iloduba as the director of photography, “A Rose for Freddy” is produced by Rhesus Media Group in association with Bank of Industry and in partnership with 4Screams Studio and Silver bird Film Distribution.
Set in present day Lagos, ‘A Rose for Freddy’ follows the lives of six university educated and upwardly mobile friends as they navigate the often unpredictable terrain of love, life and work. After four years of studies in the United States of America, Freddy, the main character, returns to Nigeria with brilliant entrepreneurial ideas and hopes for a magical future with his fiancée, Rose, played by Kiki Omeili.
” A Rose for Freddy” features Osas Ighodaro- Ajibade, Kiki Omeili, Gregory Ojefua, Udoka Oyeka, Kocabelle Guemini, Lucianne Ukpabi and introducing Atlanta based award winning recording artist, Freddie George, in his feature film debut role.
