Prolific Nollywood filmmaker, Kayode Kasum, has dropped the teaser for Ponzi, a brand new production expected on the 5th of March, 2021. The director is known for his work in Sugar Rush, Kambili: The Whole 30 Yards and a number of blockbusters.
Written by Toluwani Obayan (This Lady Called Life) and produced by Vincent Okonkwo, Ponzi stars Timini Egbuson (Elevator Baby), Broda Shaggi (Fate of Alakada), Uzoamaka Aniunoh, Jide Kosoko (King of Boys), Mawuli Gavor (Kambili: The Whole 30 Yards), Tope Tedela (A Soldier’s Story), Mr Macaroni, Amanda Dara Afolabi, Zubby Michael, Immaculata Oko-Kasum, Gold Ikponmwosa, Eso Dike (Jenifa’s Diary), and Chinyere Wilfred.
A collaboration between VSL Media and Film Trybe, Ponzi will be distributed by FilmOne Entertainment.
