February being the month of love is building up already for the film industry with a couple of features making their way to the big screen or a streaming platform.

Before Valentine:
Is a 2022 rom-com coming to Netflix on the 3rd of February. It is set a day Before Valentine’s and revolves around an ensemble cast of characters, who are all experiencing the trials of love, all before the most romantic day of the year. It stars – Meg Otanwa, Venita Akpofure, Shawn Faqua, and Yvonne Jegede.
Love in a Pandemic
Comes to cinemas nationwide on the 10th of February and like the name implies, it focuses on finding love in a pandemic. It features Nancy Isime, Deyemi Okanlawon, Teniola Aladese, Ronke Odusanya, Uche Montana, Eso Dike, and Uche Obunse.
A Sunday Affair:
Another installment of the partnership between Netflix and EbonyLife film will be coming to Netflix on Valentine’s Day. A Sunday Affair follows the story of two best friends, Nse Ikpe-Etim and Dakore Egbuson-Akande, who fall in love with Oris Erhuero, and an entanglement ensues.
Also coming on Valentine’s Day – REDTV’s “When are we getting Married”. It stars Immaculata Oko Kasum and Ric Hassani. It shows the importance of having chemistry in a relationship but also acknowledges that it’s not a guarantee that the relationship will work.
