Mercy Johnson’s new cooking show “Mercy’s Menu” has started airing on Africa Magic and YouTube. The show features Mercy johnson as the host, cooking different delicacies with the help of a few celebrities. On the first episode Mercy welcomes comedian Chigul and they prepare Banga rice with coconut milk. They discuss career and their personal lives. Mercy says her eight year marriage has not been a totally easy ride. Chigul on the other hand opens up about her experience with divorce. “I am divorced. With no kids”, Chigul admits. She says the marriage happened at a time she was young, naive and not fully aware of herself. Mercy discusses her own marriage by sharing: I am married, for seven years going to eight years now and trust me, it’s not been easy. There are happy times, dancing times and the crying times. The crying times, people are not there to see but the smiles are the ones they get to see,” she told Chigul as they discussed the comedienne’s divorce. On the second episode, she invites her 30 Days in Atlanta co-star, AY Makun and she introduces him to a senegalese dish called Yassa.
