Kemi Adetiba has been hinting that there would be a follow-up to her 2018 hit, King of Boys. The film director began by teasing a script for the second part of one of 2018’s highest grossing films in Nigeria and this week the filmmaker took to twitter to discuss the challenges she has encountered so far.
The filmmaker also shared that she fears sharing the script with actors and might get them to sign a non-disclosure deal before sharing the script with them.
“I’m even afraid to share the script with ANYONE at this point. Even folks that NEED to read it. But, as I’ve mentioned before, even if you manage to get your hands on a script, NO script will have the final scene. And we will shoot 3 alternate endings…Cos I don’t trust y’all😏
“Hmmmmmmmm… With the way y’all are acting, I definitely will need a lockdown on the KOB 2 set, with everyone signing airtight NDAS.”
She has also figured how she wants the script to end, and this has got people speculating on what the filmmaker might be up to.
King of Boys featured Sola Shobowale, Reminisce, Toni Tones, Ill Bliss, Adesua Etomi, Jide Kosoko, Osas Ighodaro and a host of other Nollywood actors.
